30-Day Free Trial

• The 30-day trial has no charge while you stay within 20 concurrent open previews.
• Any stack opened during your trial has its $20 stack fee and $10 template fee permanently waived—it is not charged those flat fees later when the trial ends.

Post-Trial Runtime & Stack Life Fees

• Transitioning from Trial: After the trial expires, any preview stack that is still open starts accruing the $0.20 hourly fee once a payment card is on file. It does not receive a retroactive $20 charge.
• Stopping the Hourly Clock: A stack left open keeps accruing the $0.20 hourly fee until your remove workflow reports that the teardown has finished.
• Flat Stack Life Fees: The $20 stack life fee and the extra $10 blueprint synthesis fee apply when opening a new stack life after a successful deploy. Removing that stack and deploying the same stage name again later starts a new stack life and can be charged again.
• Failed Deploys: A deploy that fails cleanly before it is abandoned is not charged those flat fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Dodo Payments customer portal.
• What Cancellation Does: Cancellation immediately stops new deploys from starting. Any preview stack that is still open can still be torn down using the remove workflow so you can clean up your AWS account and stop runtime accrual.
• Refund Eligibility: Subscription fees and usage already accrued are refunded where applicable law requires it, or where Dodo Payments approves a refund request.
